Job Summary
Part-time Territory Supervisor responsible for supervising a group of 5-10 Retail Merchandisers within a defined geography. Oversees daily and seasonal programs, department remodels and installations, and ensures timely execution of tasks across stores such as grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers. Role requires motivating and leading in-person and remote teams, managing performance, and maintaining customer relationships. Key duties include supervising service delivery, directing store remodels and resets, coordinating with store management and merchandisers, handling retailer concerns, and demonstrating strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Basic qualifications include English literacy, access to a digital hand-held device, reliable Wi-Fi, transportation to travel between stores, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays. Physical requirements involve working on the sales floor and back stockrooms, with lifting up to 50 pounds on occasion. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age.
- Able to read, understand and communicate in English.
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.

- You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
- Flexibility to work a changing work schedule that may include an occasional evening or weekend.
- Required to work the week before and the week after major holidays.
