Job Summary
Field Merchandiser needed to stock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products in assigned retail stores, restock merchandise, engage with store teams and customers, support seasonal resets and installations, and coordinate with supervisors. Responsibilities include maintaining Hallmark product displays, reporting inventory and feedback via a handheld device, collaborating across store teams, and assisting with holiday-focused expansion and fixtures installations as part of a network of merchandisers.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 18 years of age.
- You're able to read, write and understand English.
- Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
- You have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
- You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
- Part-time employees with a work schedule less than 30 hours have access to voluntary benefits.
