Job Summary
Field Merchandiser for Hallmark in Victoria, TX, part-time. Independently manage in-store merchandising across retail partners, restock and organize Hallmark products, ensure accurate inventory, and support seasonal resets and installations. Engage professionally with store teams and customers, utilize a handheld/mobile device for reporting and feedback, and adapt to holiday-driven scheduling (including weekends). Responsibilities include maintaining optimal product displays, coordinating with store staff, and supporting other product lines as needed. Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, strong time-management, and reliable transportation. Part-time schedule averages 12–15 hours per week with paid training and eligibility for voluntary benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Able to read, write and understand English
- Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 50 pounds
- Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet
- Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled
