Job Summary
Field Merchandiser for Hallmark retail environments, working independently to stock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products, restock displays, manage inventory in-store, and support seasonal resets and installations across partner retailers. Responsibilities include engaging with store teams and customers, using a provided mobile device to report time and merchandising activities, and collaborating with fellow merchandisers to ensure proper product placement and display maintenance; role includes holiday-driven schedule increases and potential evening/weekend work. Part-time position with 8–10 hours weekly on variable schedule; training provided; ability to travel between assigned stores is required; physically capable of handling loads up to 50 pounds and navigating store floors.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 18 years of age.
- You're able to read, write and understand English.
- Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
- You have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
- You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
