Job Summary
Independent, part-time Hallmark Field Merchandiser responsible for restocking and organizing Hallmark products, monitoring inventory, maintaining displays inside various retail stores, and supporting seasonal resets and installations. You’ll engage with store teams and customers, use a handheld device to report activity and feedback, and adapt to holiday-driven demand with possible weekend work. The role emphasizes strong organization, time-management, retailer relationship skills, and a customer-service orientation in a retail environment. Training is provided, and the position offers a path for annual pay increases and voluntary benefits. The work is physically demanding, requiring lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and frequent movement on the sales floor.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to read, write and understand English
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Access to a Wi-Fi network and internet
- Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores
- Ability to operate a digital hand-held device to open/read documents
- Available to work a variable schedule including holidays/weekends
- Part-time schedule with potential 9-14 hours per week
- Residential status eligible to work in the United States (per immigration compliance)
