Job Summary
Part-time Hallmark Field Merchandiser in Sterling Heights, MI, responsible for restocking, organizing, and monitoring inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department; communicating with store teams and supervisors; supporting seasonal resets and installations; and providing friendly, professional service while using a mobile device for merchandising activities and reporting. Responsibilities include maintaining product displays, coordinating with retailers, handling holiday demand periods, and participating in store-team collaboration across grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers. Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, flexible weekend/holiday availability, and access to transportation, with a typical schedule between 9–15 hours per week and pay rate $14.00–$16.00 per hour plus paid training and voluntary benefits.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 18 years of age.
- You're able to read, write and understand English.
- You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
- You have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
- You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
