Job Summary
Field Merchandiser for Hallmark in Round Rock, TX: independently manage in-store product placement and inventory within Hallmark departments across retail stores, restock and organize displays, support seasonal resets and installations, and collaborate with store teams. Utilize a mobile device to report time, communicate with supervisors, and conduct required merchandising activities; interact professionally with store staff and customers. Flexible part-time role with 6–14 hours/week on a variable schedule, including holiday periods; physical duties include lifting up to 50 pounds and navigating store floors. Required Qualifications
- You're at least 18 years of age.
- You're able to read, write, and understand English.
- You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
- You have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
- You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
