Job Summary
Field Merchandiser for Hallmark stores (part-time). Independently perform restocking, organizing, and monitoring of Hallmark product displays within and outside the department; engage with store teams and customers; manage inventory and support seasonal resets and installations; use a mobile device for merchandising activities and reporting; work across grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers with varying holiday schedules; physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, with 10-14 hours per week, and potential holiday and weekend availability; position may involve remote/ hybrid/ in-store work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet
- Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores
- Part-time availability with 10-14 hours weekly; availability around major holidays
