Job Summary
Part-time Field Merchandiser in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, responsible for restocking, organizing, and monitoring Hallmark products within assigned stores, both inside and outside the Hallmark department. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, support seasonal resets and installations, and may assist with other products in the stores you service. Daily activities include engaging with store staff and customers, using a mobile device for reporting and feedback, maintaining Hallmark displays, and supporting holiday-driven demand with extended hours. The role requires a physically active routine, weekend/holiday availability around seasonal changes, and the ability to travel between stores with reliable transportation. Training is provided, and part-time employees have access to voluntary benefits; the position is in compliance with applicable work authorization requirements.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 18 years of age.
- You're able to read, write and understand English.
- You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
- You have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
- You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
