Job Summary
Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory using a mobile device across various retail stores while maintaining professional interactions with store staff and customers. Collaborate with local teams to optimize product placement, support seasonal resets, and assist with fixture installations and department changes. Perform service work on the selling floor and in back stockrooms, handling merchandise and display fixtures up to 50 pounds. Work independently to showcase the organization and manage time while supporting fellow team members during extended holiday periods and season changeovers.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to read, write and understand English
- Able to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information
- Have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet
- Have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled
- Lawfully authorized to work in the United States
- Must be available for the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends
- Must be available to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support
- Must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion
- Must be able to kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout the workday
- Must be able to climb stairs and step ladders
