Job Summary
As a Hallmark Field Merchandiser, you will showcase your organization and time management skills while collaborating with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels. Your responsibilities include restocking, organizing, and monitoring inventory of Hallmark products, while maintaining professional interactions with store employees and customers. This physically demanding part-time position requires the ability to lift and carry products, operate a digital device for communication and reporting, and schedule availability around major holidays.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 18 years of age.
- You're able to read, write and understand English.
- You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
- You have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
- You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
Additional Requirements
- Employment by Hallmark is contingent upon the signing of the Employment Agreement, signing of an agreement to arbitrate in connection with the Hallmark Dispute Resolution Program, completing Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification, and successfully passing pre-employment (post offer) background check.
