Job Summary
Field Merchandiser for Hallmark in Marion, IN: independently restock and organize Hallmark product displays in various retail stores, monitor inventory, and support seasonal resets and installations. Collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, engage professionally with store staff and customers, and use a handheld device to report time and merchandising activities. This role involves daily merchandising duties, holiday-related extended hours, and potential team-based installations, with physical requirements including lifting up to 50 pounds. The position is part-time with a variable schedule and training provided.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to operate a digital handheld device to view/read documents
- Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet
- Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores
- Willingness to work a variable schedule including holidays and weekends as needed
