Job Summary
Field Merchandiser for Hallmark in retail stores, independently manage product placement, restock and monitor Hallmark inventory, support seasonal resets and installations, and collaborate with local store teams to maintain displays and inventories while engaging with customers and using a handheld device for reporting and communications. The role includes weekend/holiday availability with opportunities to work on holiday periods and potential team-based store support across grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 18 years of age.
- You're able to read, write and understand English.
- Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
- Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
- Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
