Job Summary
Field Merchandiser role in Hallmark's retail network supporting multiple store formats with independent work in hallmarked departments. Responsibilities include restocking and organizing Hallmark product displays, monitoring inventory, reporting and communicating with supervisors, and assisting with seasonal resets and installations. You will interact professionally with store staff and customers, use a mobile device for merchandising activities, and contribute to holiday and peak-season coverage (Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas). Required Qualifications
- You're at least 18 years of age.
- You're able to read, write and understand English.
- You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
- You have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
- You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
