Job Summary
Field Merchandiser in Hallmark’s retail network responsible for restocking, organizing, and monitoring Hallmark product displays across grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers. Exercise independent work ethic, manage time effectively, build retailer relationships, and support seasonal resets and installations. Utilize a handheld device for merchandising tasks, communicate with supervisors, and assist store teams to maintain inventory and optimize product placement. Role includes holiday-driven schedule variability with potential weekend shifts and the possibility of working on holiday dates; physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and being onsite in multiple store environments.
Required Qualifications
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- 18 years of age or older
- read, write and understand English
- access to Wi-Fi
- consistent transportation to travel to and between stores
- ability to operate a digital handheld device
- part-time availability including holidays/weekends
- prior retail/merchandising experience preferred
