Job Summary
Field Merchandiser in retail Hallmark stores: independently manage Hallmark product placement, restock/organize inventory, maintain displays, and support seasonal resets with store teams; travel to multiple stores, use a mobile device for merchandising tasks, interact professionally with store staff and customers, and assist with installations and inventory support during holidays; part-time schedule (6-8 hours weekly on average) with flexible weekend/holiday availability; training provided; emphasis on organizing, inventory management, and strong communication across teams.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 18 years of age.
- You're able to read, write and understand English.
- You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
- You have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
- You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
