Job Summary
Field Merchandiser needed to work part-time in Hallmark department merchandising across retail stores. You will independently restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product displays, build retailer relationships, manage inventory, and support seasonal resets and installations. The role involves collaborating with local store teams to optimize product placement, use a mobile device for merchandising activities, and provide professional customer and partner interactions; it may include collaborating on installations, resets, and holiday-driven tasks, with a hybrid on-site/remote work arrangement and a typical weekly schedule of 8–10 hours.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to read, write and understand English
- Able to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Able to operate a digital handheld device to open/read documents and interpret information
- Access to Wi-Fi and internet
- Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores
- Part-time schedule with 8-10 hours per week average
- Availability to support holiday changes, extended services, installations, and inventory support
- Must demonstrate ability to restock, organize, and monitor inventory in Hallmark department(s) and related stores
- Ability to work independently and engage with store staff, management, and customers
