Job Summary
Field Merchandiser (Part-Time) responsible for restocking, organizing, and monitoring Hallmark products across retail stores, collaborating with store teams to optimize product placement, maintaining inventory, and supporting seasonal resets and installations. Responsibilities include engaging with store personnel and customers, using a mobile device for reporting and feedback, handling holiday-driven scheduling, and performing displays/fixture setups. Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, access to Wi‐Fi, transportation to multiple stores, and a flexible schedule including holidays; pay range $12.25-$14.25/hour with paid training and voluntary benefits.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to read, write and understand English
- Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information
- Access to Wi-Fi network and the internet
- Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores
- Part-time schedule with average 8-10 hours per week
- Ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends as needed
- Ability to walk, kneel, squat, stand and lift in a retail environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
