Job Summary
Field Merchandiser for Hallmark in retail stores with a part-time schedule. Independent, customer-facing role focusing on restocking, organizing, and monitoring Hallmark product displays across assigned stores; collaborate with store teams to optimize product placement, support seasonal resets and installations, and possibly work with other products in stores you service. Requires strong organization and time-management skills, effective retailer relationships, and professional interaction with store staff and customers. Hours typically 7-10 per week, with seasonal/h holiday-driven extended hours; physical duties include lifting up to 50 pounds and navigating back stock areas. Training provided; evening/weekend availability may be required; remote/hybrid/in-office options noted, with compliance to company policies.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 18 years of age.
- You're able to read, write and understand English.
- You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
- You have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
- You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
