Hallmark Field Merchandiser (part-time) Grafton, MA 01519

Field Merchandiser works independently to showcase organization and time management, establish retailer relationships, and maintain inventory levels while serving as the face of Hallmark. You’ll collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, support seasonal resets and installations, and may work with products from other companies in the stores you service. The role involves day-to-day merchandising duties such as restocking, organizing, monitoring Hallmark product displays, and communicating with supervisors. Holiday and weekend availability is required to support seasonal demand and store remodels, with occasional evenings or weekends for installations and resets. This position is part-time with an average of 12–15 hours per week and requires physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate a handheld device, and travel to assigned stores; prior compliance with employment eligibility and background checks is required.
