Job Summary
Field Merchandiser responsibilities include restocking, organizing, and monitoring Hallmark product inventory within and outside the Hallmark department, engaging with store employees and customers, and maintaining display quality across assigned stores. You’ll support seasonal resets and installations, collaborate with local store teams, and may participate in holiday-driven extended hours. Required Qualifications
- You're at least 18 years of age.
- You're able to read, write and understand English.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, 30 pounds frequently.
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to read documents and interpret information.
- Access to Wi-Fi and internet.
- Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
