Job Summary
Field Merchandiser role in Hallmark's retail network focused on managing in-store product display, inventory and restocking across assigned stores. Responsibilities include restocking and organizing Hallmark products, monitoring inventory levels, supporting seasonal resets and installations, collaborating with store teams, and occasionally working with other products in the stores served. Requires independent work, strong time-management and retailer-relationship skills, and comfortable interaction with store employees, management, and customers. Must be able to use a mobile device for merchandising activities and travel to assigned stores; weekend/holiday availability is often required. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 30 pounds frequently, and ability to work on the selling floor and back stock areas.
Required Qualifications
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You can read, write and understand English
- Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents
- Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet
- Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled
- Part-time work schedule with availability around major holidays and weekends as required
