Job Summary
Field Merchandiser for Hallmark in retail stores, working independently to restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product displays; collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, support seasonal resets and installations, and occasionally work with other products in the stores; use a provided mobile device for merchandising activities, communicate with supervisors, report time, and engage with store employees and customers; responsibilities include building and maintaining Hallmark displays, inventory maintenance, and fulfilling holiday-support needs (Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas); physically demanding work requiring lifting up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally, with ability to push/pull/carry merchandise and fixtures; part-time schedule with 8-10 hours per week on average, with availability around major holidays; training provided (paid) and eligibility for voluntary benefits for part-time staff with <30 hours; role in various retail environments (grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers); requirement to have transportation to assigned stores and to be able to read and follow instructions using a mobile device; compliant with US work authorization and payroll processes; Hallmark emphasizes a welcoming culture with remote, hybrid, or in-office options.
Required Qualifications
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You can read, write, and understand English.
- You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
- You have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
- You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
