Job Summary
Field Merchandiser position in Hallmark department across multiple retail stores. Responsibilities include restocking, organizing, and monitoring Hallmark product inventory inside and outside the department; collaborating with store teams; maintaining product displays; supporting seasonal resets and installations; potential work with other products in service stores; utilizing a mobile device for merchandising activities, time reporting, and surveys; professional interaction with store staff, management, and customers; and willingness to support holidays and inventory tasks. Requires physical stamina to handle cartons and fixtures, and reliable transportation to travel between assigned stores.
Required Qualifications
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to read and communicate in English
- Access to Wi-Fi and transportation to travel to assigned stores
- Ability to operate a handheld digital device for documents and information
