Job Summary
Independent field merchandiser responsible for restocking, organizing, and monitoring Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department across multiple retail stores; manage inventory, support seasonal resets and installations, and collaborate with store teams to optimize product presentation, while providing professional interaction with staff and customers. Requires strong time management, ability to use a handheld device, travel to assigned stores, and availability for holiday and weekend work. Part-time schedule (~8–15 hours/week) with $15–$17 hourly pay; training provided; eligible for voluntary benefits.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 18 years of age.
- You're able to read, write and understand English.
- You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
- You have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
- You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
