Job Summary
Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within retail stores using a mobile device while maintaining professional interactions with store staff and customers. Perform seasonal resets, install fixtures, and relocate card departments during holiday periods and extended service windows. Collaborate with local teams to optimize product placement and support fellow merchandisers as needed. This physically demanding role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and includes availability for weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to read, write and understand English
- Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information
- Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet
- Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled
- Lawfully authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion
- Must be able to kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout your workday
- Must be able to climb stairs and step ladders
- Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends
- Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support
- Professional and courteous interaction with store employees, management, and customers
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
