Independent Hallmark Field Merchandiser role responsible for maintaining and organizing Hallmark product displays across assigned retail stores. You will restock, organize, and monitor inventory within and outside the Hallmark department, ensure appealing product presentation, support seasonal resets and installations, and collaborate with local store teams to optimize placement. Responsibilities include engaging professionally with store staff and customers, reporting to a supervisor via a mobile device, handling holiday-related schedule changes, and participating in store-wide merchandising tasks such as fixtures installation and card-department resets. The role emphasizes time management, organization, retailer relationship building, and flexibility to support inventory and display needs across multiple retailers. Physical requirements include lifting up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally, plus kneeling, standing, and climbing stairs as needed.
