Job Summary
Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within and outside department stores using a mobile device. Collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, support seasonal resets, and install fixtures as needed. Maintain professional interactions with store employees, management, and customers while reporting time and providing feedback. Work independently across grocery, drug, and mass retailers, with availability required for holidays, weekends, and extended hours during major seasonal changes.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to read, write and understand English
- Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information
- Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet
- Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled
- Lawfully authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion
- Must be available for weekends
- Must be available to work on the actual holiday itself (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day)
- Must be available for evenings or weekend during remodel assignments
- Must be available for season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support
- Must be able to sign the Employment Agreement
- Must be able to sign an agreement to arbitrate in connection with the Hallmark Dispute Resolution Program
- Must complete Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification
- Must successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check
