Job Summary
Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within and outside department stores using a provided mobile device. Collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain stock levels, and support seasonal resets, installations, and inventory support. Perform service work across grocery, drug, and mass retailers, including building fixtures and relocating card departments, often requiring evening or weekend availability. Maintain professional interactions with store employees, management, and customers while reporting time and completing surveys. Work independently to showcase organizational skills and establish retailer relationships, with availability required before and after major holidays including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to read, write and understand English
- Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information
- Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet
- Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled
- Lawfully authorized to work in the United States
- Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends
- Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support
- Must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion
- Must be able to kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout your workday
- Must be able to climb stairs and step ladders
