Job Summary
Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory across retail stores using a mobile device while maintaining professional interactions with store staff and customers. Lead seasonal holiday support and department resets, including installing fixtures and relocating card sections, often requiring extended hours or weekend availability. Collaborate with local teams to optimize product placement and manage inventory levels, occasionally assisting other companies in serviced stores. This physically demanding role involves lifting up to 50 pounds and working on selling floors and stockrooms. Part-time schedule of 10-14 hours weekly with variable shifts during major holidays.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to read, write and understand English
- Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information
- Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet
- Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled
- Lawfully authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion
- Must be available for the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends
- Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
