Job Summary
Independent Hallmark field merchandiser role performing in-store merchandising across retail environments (grocery, drug, department, mass retailers). Responsibilities include restocking, organizing, and monitoring Hallmark product displays and inventory; collaborating with store teams; supporting seasonal resets and installations; possibly handling other products in stores; using a mobile device for merchandising activities, reporting time, and surveys; engaging professionally with store employees, management, and customers. Requires flexible part-time schedule (average 8–13 hours/week, with availability around major holidays), physical ability to push/pull/lift up to 50 pounds, and weekend/holiday availability.
