Job Summary
As a part-time Field Merchandiser at Hallmark, you will work independently to manage and optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and build relationships with retail teams. Your responsibilities include restocking and organizing Hallmark products, utilizing technology for inventory management, and participating in seasonal resets. This physically demanding role requires the ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Availability during key holiday periods is essential.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Ability to lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet
- Consistent transportation to travel between assigned stores
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in merchandising or retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
