Job Summary
Field Merchandiser responsibilities include restocking and organizing Hallmark products in retail store locations, monitoring inventory, and maintaining Hallmark product displays. You will collaborate with store teams, support seasonal resets and installations, handle holiday coverage, and engage with store employees and customers in a professional manner. Use a mobile device to report merchandising activities, communicate with supervisors, and provide feedback. Role involves manual tasks such as lifting up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally, and requires mobility to work across various retail environments.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 18 years of age.
- You're able to read, write and understand English.
- You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
- You have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
- You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
