Job Summary
Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within and outside the department using a mobile device while maintaining professional interactions with store staff and customers. Collaborate with local teams to optimize product placement, support seasonal resets, and assist with fixture installations and department relocations. Work independently across grocery, drug, and department stores, managing the entire product display for assigned locations. Availability is required the week before and after major holidays, including weekends and specific holiday dates. This part-time role involves 5–8 average weekly hours with a variable schedule.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to read, write and understand English
- Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information
- Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet
- Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled
- Lawfully authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion
- Must be available for the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends
- Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
