Job Summary
Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory using a mobile device across assigned retail stores, including grocery, drug, and department locations. Collaborate with store teams to optimize product placement, maintain display levels, and support seasonal resets and fixture installations. Provide professional interactions with store employees, management, and customers while reporting activity via digital surveys. Availability includes the week before and after major holidays, with potential weekend work and extended hours during season changeovers. This part-time role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and operating a handheld device. You join a network of merchandisers supporting local territories.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to read, write and understand English
- Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information
- Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet
- Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled
- Lawfully authorized to work in the United States
- Must be available for the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends
- Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support
- Must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion
- Must be able to kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout your workday
- Must be able to climb stairs and step ladders
