Job Summary
Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within retail stores using a provided mobile device. Collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain display levels, and support seasonal resets and installations. Perform service work across grocery, drug, and department stores while utilizing technology to report time, provide feedback, and answer surveys. Work independently to establish retailer relationships and maintain the entire Hallmark product display at assigned locations.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to read, write and understand English
- Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information
- Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet
- Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled
- Lawfully authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion
- Must be able to kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout your workday
- Must be able to climb stairs and step ladders
- Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends
- Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
