Job Summary
Part-time Field Merchandiser Floater responsible for restocking and organizing Hallmark products across retail stores, maintaining inventory, supporting seasonal resets and installations, and engaging with store teams and customers. Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, willingness to work flexible hours including holidays, and use of a handheld scanning device. Training provided; benefits offered for part-time employees; emphasis on reliability, organization, and customer-facing communication.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 18 years of age.
- You're able to read, write and understand English.
- You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
- You have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
- You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
