Job Summary
Supervise a team of 2-3 Installation Merchandiser Floaters while overseeing service work across retail stores, including grocery, drug, and mass retailers. Document performance, manage retailer concerns, and lead department remodels involving fixture building, moving card departments, and store relocations. Handle major installations and support season changeovers, extended services, and inventories. Work a variable part-time schedule averaging 10-15 hours weekly with full availability for weeks surrounding major holidays. Lift up to 50 pounds and work on selling floors and stockrooms.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to read, understand and communicate in English
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information
- You have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet
- You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled
- Flexibility to work a changing work schedule that may include an occasional evening or weekend
- Required to work the week before and the week after major holidays
- Must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion
- You will also be required to kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout your workday
- You may be required to climb stairs and step ladders
- Must be able to motivate both in-person and remote teams

- Must be able to handle retailer concerns, retail execution issues and retail merchandiser performance issues by working with store management, field merchandisers and/or your manager
- Must be able to prepare, direct and follow-up on minor installation which involve resetting product, building fixtures and merchandising product
- Must be able to lead or participate in major installations when business exceptions require additional support
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Must be able to delegate tasks when needed
- Must be lawfully authorized to work in the United States
- Must sign the Employment Agreement
- Must sign an agreement to arbitrate in connection with the Hallmark Dispute Resolution Program
- Must complete Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification
- Must successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check
