Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •At least 18 years of age
• •Able to read, write and understand English
• •Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
• •Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information
• •Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet
• •Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled
• •Lawfully authorized to work in the United States
• •Must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion
• •Must be able to kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout your workday
• •Must be able to climb stairs and step ladders
• •Must live within the specified geographical area
• •Must be available to travel to work within the area
• •Must be available for weekends
• •Must be available for evenings
• •Must be available for holiday support including actual holidays such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
• •Must be available for season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support
• •Must be able to work independently
• •Must be able to establish retailer relationships
• •Must be able to collaborate with local store teams
• •Must be able to optimize product placement and maintain inventory
• •Must be able to remove product
• •Must be able to dismantle and build/assemble fixtures
• •Must be able to place products on display
• •Must be able to utilize a mobile device provided by Hallmark to communicate with supervisor, provide feedback, answer surveys, and monitor inventory
• •Must be able to have professional and courteous interaction with store employees, management, and customers
• •Must be able to show how they meet basic qualifications in a resume or document
• •Must be able to complete the work experience and education application fields
• •Must sign the Employment Agreement
• •Must sign an agreement to arbitrate in connection with the Hallmark Dispute Resolution Program
• •Must complete Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification
• •Must successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check
