Job Summary
Conduct assigned reset and installation activities in retail stores by removing product, dismantling fixtures, and building displays. Utilize a mobile device to communicate with supervisors, monitor inventory, and complete surveys for merchandising tasks. Provide holiday support and extended hours during seasonal changeovers, including weekends and major holidays. Collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory while representing the organization professionally.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to read, write and understand English
- Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information
- Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet
- Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled
- Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends
- Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support
- Must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion
- Must be able to kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout your workday
- Must be able to climb stairs and step ladders
- Lawfully authorized to work in the United States
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
