Job Summary
Observe children closely to understand and support their individual needs in a mixed-age Montessori classroom. Help prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly learning environment while supporting individual and small-group activities for infants through six years old. Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families, collaborating with Lead Guides to create a strong classroom community where kids explore at their own pace. This role offers fully sponsored Montessori diploma training, ongoing professional development, and mentorship within a supportive network of peers.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with children ages 3–6 in a school or childcare setting
- A positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset
- A genuine love for working with young children
Desired Qualifications
- Interest in learning and growing within the Montessori approach
- Prior Montessori experience
