Job Summary
Provide individualized hair services and treatments that meet clients' needs, including haircuts, perms, coloring, highlighting, and foiling. Educate clients on LifeSpa and Salon products to assist them in maintaining their style while promoting all available services and treatments. Serve as an expert in hair analysis and maintenance regimens, remaining current on industry certifications and new trends. Maintain work stations to salon standards and calculate figures for discounts, interest, and commissions. Requires a completed cosmetology school program, state license, and 1 to 3 years of experience. Life Time offers a comprehensive ecosystem for well-being across over 160 athletic country clubs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Completed Cosmetology school
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a stylist
- Cosmetology license in state where work is performed
- Ability to perform various types of hair services and treatments
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds

- Experience as a stylist in a professional setting
- Knowledge in Salon Biz software
