Job Summary
Provide individualized hair services and treatments including haircuts, perms, coloring, highlighting, and foiling to meet client needs and expectations. Educate clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments to assist them in maintaining their style while promoting all available offerings. Serve as an expert in hair analysis and maintenance regimens, remaining current on certifications, new trends, and salon standards. Maintain work stations to salon standards and calculate figures for discounts, interest, and commissions. This role offers weekly minimum pay at the applicable minimum wage plus commissions between 35% and 70% based on productivity. Full-time members receive medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage alongside a fully subsidized membership.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Completed Cosmetology school
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a stylist
- Cosmetology license in state where work is performed
- Ability to perform various types of hair services and treatments
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds

- Experience as a stylist in a professional setting
- Knowledge in Salon Biz software
