Job Summary
Provide individualized hair services and treatments including haircuts, perms, coloring, highlighting, and foiling to meet clients' needs and expectations. Educate guests on LifeSpa and Salon products and services to assist in maintaining their style while promoting all offerings. Serve as an expert in hair analysis and maintenance regimens, staying current on industry trends and certifications. Maintain work stations to salon standards and calculate figures for discounts, commissions, and sales. Requires a Cosmetology license, high school diploma, and 1 to 3 years of experience. Life Time offers a comprehensive ecosystem for well-being across 160 athletic country clubs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Completed Cosmetology school
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a stylist
- Cosmetology license in state where work is performed
- Ability to perform various types of hair services and treatments
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as a stylist in a professional setting
- Knowledge in Salon Biz software
