Job Summary
Provide haircuts for children and families at a Hillsboro, OR salon. Requires a current Cosmetology or Barber license; deliver high-quality haircuts with excellent customer service in a fast-paced, kid-focused environment. Must be able to multitask and support team members, maintain patience with active children, and embody the Pigtails & Crewcuts experience. Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) preferred. In-person role at 2219 NW Allie Avenue, Hillsboro, OR 97124. Compensation includes a guaranteed base wage plus tips (approximately $32–$40/hour combined) and additional incentives such as a signing bonus; benefits include health insurance, paid time off, employee discounts, flexible schedule, and opportunities for advancement.
