Job Summary
Conduct haircuts and styling services for men and boys while delivering exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication. Maintain client relationships to build a large client base and utilize ongoing paid industry-leading training programs to stay current on the latest haircut trends. Work a flexible schedule including Sundays to support our team-oriented salon culture. Earn $30 - $40 per hour including base pay, tips, and incentives, with opportunities for a $1,000 sign-on and retention bonus. A valid MO cosmetology or barber license is required.
