Hair Stylist - Part Time - SouthPark

Provide professional hair services to salon clientele and maintain a high standard of service. Meet personal service and retail sales goals, acknowledge clients promptly, build a client base by recruiting new clients, and maintain Customer Client Cards. Deliver quality services, prescribe appropriate retail products, respond professionally to customer concerns, and engage in ongoing education on products, services, and industry trends. Ensure compliance with State Board Regulations, maintain a clean and organized work area, perform salon housekeeping duties, manage time effectively to meet sales goals, and communicate effectively with Salon Management. Participate in in-salon training and external education opportunities to stay current in the industry; uphold appearance and salon dress code; demonstrate a positive, inclusive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
