Job Summary
Provide salon clientele with professional services relating to the care and treatment of hair, nails, and skin while meeting personal service and retail sales goals. Acknowledge clients promptly upon arrival, build a client base by recruiting new requests, and maintain customer client cards. Deliver quality professional service through technical skills and prescribe appropriate retail products, responding professionally to customer service issues and complaints. Complete basic salon housekeeping duties including cleaning, stocking, and updating client cards, while ensuring the work area meets State Board Regulations. Maintain an updated professional appearance, adhere to salon dress code, and participate in ongoing continuing education on products and industry issues. Possess a valid and current board-certified license with two to five years of experience preferred.
