Conduct luxury hair styling and client consultations within private rooms, utilizing hands-on training to master exclusive techniques and premium solutions. Deliver polished service under pressure while managing time efficiently to serve an established clientele without client-building stress. Maintain a professional presence and demonstrate adaptability in a dynamic environment. Required Qualifications
- Active Ontario Trade License
- Strong consultation, analysis & client education skills
- Confidence in recommending solutions and closing the sale
- A passion for delivering a luxury, world-class experience
- Excellent time management & professionalism
- Grace under pressure with a polished presence
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- A genuine love for connecting with people
- Monday-–Saturday schedule (Closed Sundays)
- Consistent schedule availability
