Job Summary
Conduct hair styling services in private rooms while analyzing and educating clients on hair care products and techniques. Execute persuasive selling strategies to upsell solutions and maintain professional relationships with members. Manage time effectively to ensure successful completion of role responsibilities under varying constraints and pressure. Deliver exceptional service that fosters a lasting impact on client lives. Schedule runs Tuesday through Saturday with paid vacation, holidays, and personal days included in the first year. The role offers growth through the stylist leveling program and participation in HairClub Cares and HairClub for Kids initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Current active cosmetology license in the state in which you are applying
- Skilled at analyzing, consulting and educating clients regarding hair care and hair care products
- Persuasive selling techniques to educate and encourage client
- Hyper-focused on exceptional member experience
- Build professional relationships
- Time management to ensure successful completion of role responsibilities
